Looking For A Nice But Inexpensive Location..

I am in the bay area (Contra Costa County to be exact) and am looking for an area for my wedding AND reception that is VERY inexpensive. The entire wedding, with guests, is less than 25 so we don`t need a lot of space. I am doing all the flowers myself and friends are helping cook for the reception. I am open to local parks if they have covered areas and rooms for the reception. I am trying to keep the location around $200 for just a couple hours and I am running out of time! I am not opposed to having the event at a restaurant providing it can come in at around $300 total. We don`t mind traveling a bit (within an hour of Contra Costa County)

Any ideas out there?
