Boy/Girl Parties

Im about to turn 14... And im having my 2nd boy/girl party. My last one was a disaster... I have no idea what to do this year. Any suggestions?
Theres more than likely gonna be quite a few people there. (20-60)
Nobody`s shy... Were all pretty wild :) if that helps.
What games could we play?.. Or what could we do?
