3 Anos Presentation

Hey i need more information on what a 3anera presentation means cus me and my wife are catholic weve never heard of this before...(not a really every sunday going catholic but just raised as one, ya know).. But anyways we want to make one for my daughter, so i need info on what i need, i heard its like a mini 15anera but you leava some stuff out. And also the meaning to it...
