Fall Wedding

I am having a Fall wedding and need seat covers in Chocolate brown for cheap...I need about 200-250. I would also need some kind of sash to tie on them, I am hopeing to find something like a burnt orange. The hall we are using for our reception isn`t the prettiest sight so to really dress it up I was wanting to do sheers w/ lights behinde them on the walls, not sure what color to go w/ yet. If you can help me with any other ideas please PLEASE DO! Thank you, thank you!!!
