Looking For Chair Covers With Sashes & Photographer

HELP! I am getting married on July 30th of this year and I`m looking for a company or person who will let me rent 160 black chairs covers with white sashes included for $300 or less. I`m on a tight budget but still would like the elegant look. I`m also looking into black tableclothes for the right price.

I am also looking for a photographer who is creative and works with people like me on a tight budget. I am looking to spend $400 thru $700. I only need one for no more than 2.5 or 3 hrs at the most. I do want somebody who is professional and loves what they do.
