Fishing Wedding

My daughters wedding is May 2011. I am looking for some fishy ideas for her bouquet her and hubby to be are avid fishermen.
Fresh water and salt so any ideas would help. The hubby to be works for Black Bart (fishing brand) and wanted to use the "skirts" (they make up the lures) in her bouquet. SHe is getting married on the beach and the reception is at the IGFA in Ft. Lauderdale FL.
