Manhood Shaped Cake

I have a cake pan that is shaped like a man`s "you-know-what". Well, I was wondering if there is a recipe out there on how to put cream in the middle? I have searched the internet for tips on baking and found nothing! A friend of mine suggested vanilla pudding...can anyone help me out with a recipe for this? Thanks!

I would fill it like a donut. Make sure the hole is in the right place for the creme to squirt out when you cut the cake! :-O
