Wedding Rsvp

I need to know what to write on the reply card for the reception. I am not going to attend.
The card looks as follows:
The favour of a reply is requested on or November 1, 2003.
M_________________________
___________persons will attend.

Hmmm, I`ve usually seen them with "___will attend" or with deepest regrets will not be able to attend. I would probably write out my name, then put a zero in the space for amount attending. You could even write that you regret having to miss such a special event....somewhere at the bottom.

If you`d like to do it the old-fashioned way, you could turn the card over (or use a notecard of your own) and write, "Ms. Your Name Here (sorry, forgot your name already) regrets that she will be unable to attend Jack and Jill`s wedding on December 15th." and then you could put something a little more personal below that.
