Help Need Party Games!!!

Im having my 13th b-day in a month. I dont usually have a b-day prty but i feel 13 is a special age so i want 1. Only problem is i have no clue what to do!!! I definetly need game ideas LOTS of them. I would also like food ideas, and any other stuff you can think of. Just to let you no im kinda on a budjet so i wouldnt mind cheap ideas. Please help me sum1. Thank you ahead of time if you do help.
