My Chambelan?

Okay well i dont know what to do cause im having my quince in August and i want my boyfriend to be my chambelan,but my mom says hes ugly,but No Hes Not!
And i was thinking i could ask my bestfriend to be my chambelan cause im not having damas or chambelanes..so my mom wants to have pictures of memories you know,but she says that she dosent want my boyfriend to be in it cause its gonna ruin the party.Like seriously,thats just mean.Well yea what should i do and the other thing my mom said to dump my boyfriend or shes not making me a quince :( but i dont wanna leave him cause we`ve been together for quite a long time so yeaa..Can someone please help me :(
