Week-of Planning : 1,150

The week of planning package will allow you and your family to enjoy your big day. If you’ve already planned every detail and just need some help making it all happen, the week of package is for you. We’ll meet to discuss all the little details, and will meet again to do an onsite walkthrough the week prior to your wedding, finalizing layout and decor set-up. We’ll send a timeline and event production spreadsheet to all your vendors, confirming their contracts, arrival time, and set up details. The day before your wedding, we’ll direct your rehearsal. The day of we’ll set up your decor including programs, favors, and escort cards. We’ll cue you, your bridal party, family and vendors through the nights events, such as the ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, toasts etc. Email us for full list of services provided.

Though we call it “Month of,” it’s much more than that. Once your date is booked, you can call or email anytime.
If you’ve got a question about a vendor, can’t decide which linen to rent, or need advice about seating arrangements, we’re here to help. We’ll meet four times, to chat about details and vendors, to finalize your timeline and to do a thorough walkthrough. The month before your wedding we’ll send a detailed timeline and production spreadsheet to your vendors, taking over as their primary contact until the wedding. The day before your wedding we will direct your rehearsal, ensuring a seamless processional, ceremony and recessional. The day of, we’re first to arrive and last to leave, setting up everything from escort cards, to programs and favors. We’ll manage and direct vendors and bridal party, cuing them for events like your processional, grand entrance, toasts, and special dances. Email us for full list of services provided.
