A Way To Remember Our Moms

Looking for a special way to include our Moms (that have passed )at our wedding during the ceremony . Maybe a song? Light a candle? Both of the Moms name was Doris. This will be a second marriage for the both of us. I never had the beautiful wedding so I am having one with my friends and family.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Cathy,
My fiance and I getting married in June. His second and my third. Both sets of parents have passed and we are going to light a candle in thier memory. We are going to have a picture of both couples (it happens to be thier wedding pictures) in a frame with the candle in front of it. We are going to light it right after the unity candle.
I never had a beautiful wedding either and even though this is going to be a small one (35 guests) I want it to be beautiful.
Good luck!!!!!!

I Thought maybe you would like this idea.
My father is going to walk me down, after he gives me a kiss I am having my florist put a hide-a-way in the bouquete and I am going to give him a hankerchief and tell my father to give it to my mother and to give her a kiss. "For the most wonderful Mother in the world, you were alwyas there to wipe my tears away, now this is my way of wiping yours away so you can cherish them forever." Then I am going to give a hankerchief to my future husband and tell him to go and give it to my future mother-in-law and give her a kiss hers is going to say " Thank you for raising the man of my dreams" You can buy hankerchiefs on line too so if you are on a budget go to www.theknot.com I thought this is a good way to also get close to your future mother-in-law.

I`m lighting a candle for my "Aunt" and one for my fi`s dad and enclosing that info in the program. My sister is doing one for the same "Aunt" and one for her b.f`s dad as well.
