13 Year Old Birthday Parties!!

I need some help with ideas for my daughter’s birthday party. She will be turning 13 in April, and we never know how the weather will be that time of the year. She does not want to have a pool party. I looked into a movie party, but that was too expensive. She would like to invite 30 kids to her party. I could really use some help….please.
