I don`t know of very many designers that will design a specific dress for someone without a large price tag attached. However, if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive dress that is nice try buying off the rack. I`ve seen some gorgeous dresses sold at bridal salones off the rack for under $200. The trick is to then find someone good to do the alterations.
