Trying To Find A Caterer In My Budget

I am getting married in september and I am having trouble trying to find a caterer in my price range. I am having my wedding reception in this beautiful old theater in upstate new york so we need a caterer. We want to have a buffet for aprox. 150 people and our budget is $5000. We are doing our own open bar so that will cut down on cost but we cant find a caterer that will be willing to work with our budget. Does anyone have any suggestions for caterers?
