Hey

Im 14 and i been with the love of my life for already 3 years and i talked to him one day and he asked me to marry him i said, " yes" but the thing is my mom dont understand that we love each other a whole lot and i mean more than she can image so what am i suppose to do i dont want to lose him or leave him?

You do not have to leave him, you can accept the engagement as a promise to each other that one day you will be married. That will give you both time to grow and continue to love each other. Your mother is really trying to protect you because she was young as well and remembers loving someone, yet they have grown apart. Prolonging the engagement keeps you and your fiance` together and your mother happy as well.
