Help: Student On A Budget

I was wondering is it safe to go to David`s bridal in Los Angeles. Is the service good..are they gonna help me or do I have to wait and see whose going to be helping me.
Can someone help me find a wedding dress that`s a student on a budget...something that is good and that my pocket afford. I live in Los Angeles. Does anyone knows where I can find Wedding Gown Store here in Los Angeles?
