House Of Brides - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered dress, paid extra to have it rushed. It arrived LATE. Then the inset was white and bow was ivory. They said it was a dye lot issue. I can see dye lot from dress to dress but not on same dress. How do you get a dye lot from White and Ivory, you don`t even dye white.
