What To Do For My 13 B-Day Party

Hey!!
Ok my birthday is 1 month! And i`m turning 13!!!! i was thinking of going to a resturant in the city and dance to the band after....... I just don`t know if that is a type of party for 13 year olds??? i dance party would be funn!!! but it`s to expensive and can sometimes get out of control. O ya also i want to be able to dress up!!!

Please give me some advice/ideas!!!! THANKS
