Fall Flower Colors
I`m having an October `03 wedding and my colors are navy blue and silver. BUT I am having trouble with the color for the wedding party`s flowers. I want to have fresh flowers but am not sure what would look good. Anyone have any suggestions??

My best friend works for a floral shope and I know that carnations come in lots of different colors ( I`ve seen blue) And you can have then "tip"(spay paint) some of them in a silver color! Hope this helps!

Jess is right -- the floral people can spray anything the colors you`d like it to be. I`m getting married in December and my bridesmaids are wearing silver and my florist is going to town with the silver spray paint.
I have to say -- I love your idea of the blue and silver combination -- it`s fantastic and I`m sure it will be stunning. Also, I don`t know the names of the flowers, but I have seen several shades of blue flowers (I believe one was actually an iris). You could do the blue toned flowers and then have silver ribbon and silver sprayed leaves, pinecones, or whatever you choose for the bouquets.
