HELP! Maggie Sottero/Sottero & Midgley Dress?

I need help finding this dress! I`m fairly certain it`s a Sottero & Midgley, but someone I talked to thinks it`s a Maggie Sottero. I can`t find this dress anywhere and don`t know the name and/or style number. Can someone help? I love this dress!
