Business From HELL

House of Brides, a presumed bridal "business" is actually a group of rude employees, managers, and owners from HELL. They sent me an email one month prior to the wedding date saying they will not get my order in until 1 MONTH and 3 WEEKS after the wedding date!!! To make it all worse the dress I was ordering is from Mori Lee who does not rush (or so HOB says) and does not have any samples for sale. Thank goodness I found a local shop that could save the day and RUSH my unrushable dress. Even better when I called HOB to make a complaint the seemingly "mentally challenged" receptionist hung up on me. Now I am filing papers with my bank to dispute the charges for an order that was cancelled a month ago, and HOB won`t refund my money even though they say "they sent it to the accounting department." Knowing the rest of this business, their accounting department is probably some fat, underpaid, uneducated person in the back of their grimy shop trying to figure out debits and credits like a first grader, much less has the knowledge of refunding customer`s money. So good luck to you if you ordered from here, and if you haven`t ordered yet .... DON`T!!!
