My fiance and I were very excited when UPS dropped off our cookware. We were scanning the fancy cookbook and making a grocery list of all the ingrediants we`d need to make a feast with our shiny, new cookware. Then, we thought we`d check out the internet for other recipes from Royal Prestige. Well after typing "Royal Prestige cookware" into the search engine...I was mortified! All the lawsuits, all the legal trouble, and by reputable media like ABC Under Cover! What had we gotten ourselves into??? The really horrid thing is that the company is STILL using the same B.S. Fraudulent sales pitch that it`s currently losing legal battles in several states over! After reading the 10th complaint on this very site, I decided to look at our contract and see our options. Well, we`re screwed it seems. The three days has long since come and gone and we only just got the cookware. So, I just called the phone number listed for the companies "customer service" and guess what? The automated phone menu has a "LEGAL Department extension" and that`s where I was directed to go! The woman I spoke with said to call back tomorrow as she couldn`t help me... Hope we can get out of this, I`ll keep you posted! And the only people who seem to support the company on this site sound like they got paid by the company per word!@!
