BDay Party Ideas For A 12 Year Old GIRL

I am turning 12 in April and I am planing my party NOW.It is gonna be a girl/boy party, I am NOT doing kissing games (Thats so pathetic! If you want a kiss, flirt. Gawd.) I have a LOT of friends, so I need to do somthing that alots for AT LEAST 40 people. What I am looking for are themes, times (what time to have it), playlists (what songs to play) (No stanky leg! No jerk! Nonononono!), and places to have it. Oh, I live in Houston. No, I am not going to have a moonbounce. I am not freeking 6. And try to make it less than 500$.
