Yes it is. My measurements are 35 bust (it has cups that can be easily removed). 26 waist and 35 hips. It has room to breath though . It will fit perfect if u are bwtween 5 and. 5" 4. I didn`t have a reception or anything so it wasn`t even used like that. It is at the dry
Cleaners now and I will have to charge at least 60 more for that (I am paying 100 for it ) . I will send u pics when I get it back. If u fell in love with this dress don`t heasitate to get it it is classy sexy and flattering.

That sounds great! My wedding is not until march so I do have some time. Did you get it hemmed as well? I`m 5`2 and remember it being very long when I tried it on in the store. I tried on a 4. So i`m hoping a 2 will work as well ( will take measurments).
