AT HOME SWEET 16 PARTY... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!! my birthday is in january so its really cold in CA and i want my birthday party to be at home. I`m thinking there should be random streamers no theme, and at the party which will be small 12 people we watch a movie, do henna tatoos, and play a game but i can`t think of any games to play. And the guests will be dress in fancy clothes. Also I don`t want it to be expensive. PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS MY FIRST BDAY PARTY AND I WANT IT TO BE UNFORGETTABLE!!!
