DO NOT Shop Here!

I read all these awful reviews of House of Brides in Chicago and I figured that these were isolated stories and it wouldn`t happen to me...but it did! They have awful, awful customer service, even the manager of the store, Lydia, is just plain rude and ignorant. I just received my dress last weekend and my wedding is next week. They were unapologetic and rude throughout the whole process. They had US call THEM to check in every week to see where the dress might be...they should have been calling us when they found out!! not the other way around.
Brides, saving an couple extra hundred dollars is NOT worth the stress of going with this store...please learn from my mistakes!!!
