I booked with Timothy Whaley & Associates and they could not have been nicer or more competent. Had absolutely no problems and my album is fantastic. I also found that for the quality of work I received, the price was fair. Sorry your experience was bad. Based upon my experience I am confident your experience was a fluke and not the norm.
