Designer-Inspired Gowns?

A few weeks ago I saw mention of a few places who custom-make "designer-inspired" gowns, but for the life of me, I can`t recall what the names of any of the ones I looked at were.

FYI, I`m looking for someone to make the Oleg Cassini CT203 in champagne/latte...Even with the $300 off sale, it`s more than I wanted to spend and I`d love to save the room in my budget for something else.
