Ulla-Maija Whirlwind Dress Variation Ok!

I am finally getting married! My father is dying of cancer, and I want him to give me away and see me walk down the aisle my whole life, and this is the last chance I have with him. I tired on the Whirlwind dress a few years ago, but the price tag would have been half the cost of my wedding! But I have dreamed about this dress ever since. Please tell me it is destiny that I will find this dress!!
My bust is 36C, waist 30", hips 38" and I am 5`4" inches tall. I usually wear between a 6 and 8 street size. HELP!
