Has this dress been altered? Was it worn only once or is it new with tags? What is your asking price for this dress?

This dress has been worn once for about an hour. The only alterations that have been done were a few "pick ups" added to adjust the length. I am 5`4" and wore 4 inch heels with the dress. The alterations were done so they can be let back out without notice. Let me know if you are interested it is a beautiful dress!!!
