All of our gowns are kept hanging in garment bags in our salon. You can even order up to 4 gowns to try with a deposit and if none of them work out you can return them for a full refund minus shipping.
Bride Couture truly wants you to have the bridal gown of your dreams for your wedding day. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your wedding dress you may return it for a full refund minus shipping. You must notify Bride Couture within 2 days of receiving the gown that you will be returning it and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition.
