Hey I Want Some Help How I Can Lose Weight
Hey I weigh 150 and I start doing sit ups I was wondering what else can help me lose weight besides doing situps . I drink lots of soda but its hard for me to quit.

The soda is doing you in babe. Soda is very high in calories and sugar. Cut it out. Also do some other cardiovascular exercises such as running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking, or sports such as tennis, baseball, soccer, etc (ones in which you run). Good luck to ya

DEFINITELY stop drinking the soda if it`s regular and not diet. I switched to diet years ago and lost two pounds in a week just from switching. To lose weight do the usual...sensible meals, veggies, fruit, etc. Cardio is your key. The weather is still decent to try to get outside for walks...walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes at least 3-4 times a week and if you think you can, try a little walk/run combo. There are tons of websites that can steer you in the right direction.

If you can afford it, join a Curves For Womwn in your area. The workout is only 30 minutes and you feel great when you leave and when you check your scale. If it`s a bit pricey for you, buy the book from Wal-Mart, $17. It gives you home exercises that are comprable to their machines. Try Diet Rite sodas, they have Splenda instead of Nutrasweet and they taste better, also come in a few flavors other than cola.
Start out slowly so you don`t burn out and give up. Walking and eating better will start the ball rolling.

Im going to buy my wedding dress on November 1,2003. I have six weeks to loose about 30lbs. Well I want to. That might be to much. Anyways how is the best way to get it done.

Winsor Pilates are great! My mom used to weigh 160 pounds, but she`s lost 30 pounds in six weeks by doing pilates daily and watching her diet. The videos are a bit pricey ($49 for two), but it`s definitely worth it. Good luck!

Try the Original Diet Patch...you just stivk the patch on and you can eat or drink whatever you want...usually it`s hard for me to loose weight...I just started this and in the first week I lost 6 lbs...doing nothing!..Imagin what would happen it I was really careful about what I ate...I`m waiting for the month supply to come in now...they do have a trial week you can use..
