Escort Card Story Book

PLEASE HELP!!! I attended a wedding in the NY area where instead of escort cards to tell the guests where to sit, there was a giant story book made of wood on an easle and the right side was all the guests names in alphabetical order with the table # next to it on the left side, was the bride and grooms names and the date. It was beautiful and I am desperate to find where I can rent it.
