Old Hollywood Glamour Ideas PLEEEZE!!!

I am planning an `Old Hollywood Glamour` wedding theme but am stuck on a few ideas. I am using black and white with red accents for my colour scheme. The men are all wearing zuit suits and I am going to be in a vintage style lace gown. We are going to have diamonds and ostrich feathers mixed in with the bouquets, accessories and anywhere else. I have still not been able to come up with an idea for a wedding cake or for centerpieces. I don`t have a very expensive budget so am trying to do as most of this with myself, friends and family. If anyone has any ideas on these or anything else that might add to my magical night I would be so appreciative. Thank you again and I hope to get lots of replies.
