Opening A Bridal Shop

I have already started bridal shop online, but now I want to do a complete start up of a retail bridal shop. I have my a few locations I am torn about, and I also am having questions/problems finding out how much I need to buy from the manufactures that I want to carry. I have a business plan done, but I am still at a holding pattern until I can find out more about inventory and then select which location. I have a degree in fashion merchandising have worked in a bridal shop and also have been in advertising for the last 10 years. I was hoping that someone could give me some tips/advice on getting out of my holding patten, I would like to have my store open by 02.2010 or 03.2010.
