Sweet 16<3

Heyyy?
Im having a sweet 16. And i wanna have it on january 23 and all i need is a place. The food, decorations, and musik will be responsible be me, i just need the room.
I really want this party but i dont want it to be expensive im not made of money :P , can you give me the cheapest cost you got haha plz :]
Id like a place will alottttttaa! room. Its Masqurade themed so i need it for i have about almost 100 people coming :]
