Marilyn Monroe Estate, Land In Florida

I think that Marilyn Monroe had a difficult time with the public. She was a very private person, unlike what most think.

Marilyn`s Private Estate never published. Please read on, I will include a list of actual documents and case numbers that you to can research.

Marilyn Monroe`s Gilchrist land, and Gladys Eley`s Estate.

The property on the Suwannee River in the Wannee Subdivision was purchased on a trip that Marilyn took with Joe Di Maggio in late 1960. It was purchased from Walter Baynard and Company. A company owned by Walter Baynard and Connie Mac.
Joe Di Maggio introduced her to Connie Mac and Walter Baynard, she loved the area and was looking for something secluded and close to her mother and sister. She bought the land.
In her Estate, the land was to be passed onto Gladys Eley but due to her demise before the land could clear probate, Gladys passed away. The land was then transferred to Berniece Miracle by means of a partial distribution deed.
Berniece then transferred it to a Christopher Miracle or (mericle) who was the nephew of Paris Miracle(berniece`s husband). Then the land was transferred to Barbara Monroe, the woman believed to be Marilyn`s daughter born in Oct. Of 1961.

To validate this information I have the following notes attached:

Gladys P Eley Death Certificate DOD 3/11/84

Alachua County Clerk of Court Probate Div. Case #84-132-CA / Div. C

1. Petition for waiver of the filing of a final report and for order of final discharge of the Estate of Gladys P Eley, a.k.a. Gladys Baker.

Alachua County Clerk of Court Probate Div. Case #84-132-CP / Div. C

1. Order of Waiver of Final Report and of Final Discharge.
2. Petition for authority to settle claim.
3. Legal Waiver
4. Letters of Administration
5. Order appointing personal Representative

All papers were filed between March and September of 1984.
In these papers reference the land coming from:
Estate of Marilyn Monroe Surrogate`s Court, County of New York, State of New York, File No. P2781/62.

There were further provisions that Gladys was taken care of through the years which payments didn`t start from the estate till 1977.

Berniece Miracle signed each document as executor for Gladys Eley. Strangely enough Berniece had to fight to have Lawrence X. Cusack and Aaron Froach removed as the executors and administrators of Glady’s Estate.

There is also three very large Surety bonds included in this case for 100,000.00 each, an administration payment to Berniece on behalf of money`s left to Gladys from Marilyn`s estate of 150,000.00 and the land in Gilchrist County also referencing Marilyn Monroes Probate estate.

Official record book 113, page 22 Gilchrist County Clerk of Court Records book. Is the Land in Gilchrist County on the Suwannee River. This record also references this land did in fact come from the Estate of Marilyn Monroe N.Y. Surrogate Court, County of New York, NY. Same File No. P2781/62.

Is it possible there was a payoff for Berniece and Gladys` silence? Maybe, maybe Marilyn Monroe created a public will and estate for people to have something to talk about, and had a personal will and Estate for her family.

Maybe Marilyn Monroe had a private side of life we didn`t get to see till now. Are there more secrets? Like a daughter.

These are legal court records dating all the way back, signed by Berniece Miracle, and records of NY, signed by Marilyn herself.

Also, the attorney who handled all this for Berniece Miracle was:
Parks M. Carmichael P.O Drawer C
Gainesville, Florida 32602

You can obtain a copy of these records for yourself by writing to the Alachua County Clerk of Court in Gainesville, FL
Gilchrist Clerk of Court in Trenton, FL
N.Y. Surrogate Court, County of New York, NY.

Marilyn Monroe`s name and court trails of her case file #P2781-62 is noted all through these records and cases filed in the Gilchrist County partial distribution deed, as well as the Estate of Gladys P. Eley filed in the Alachua County Courts and named above.

Her daughter, Barbara Monroe is now the owner of the property that was Marilyn Monroe`s in Gilchrist County Florida.

I think she has a daughter, I think Barbara Monroe is her daughter...

What do you think?
