Wedding Dress Disaster
Just trying to get the word out about my experience with buying a wedding dress through a service that does inexpensive replicas. A word of advise find a seamstress locally and "know" who your money is going to. I used an organization (very small) out of La Puente, CA called Mrs. Moran`s Bridal and it was a disaster. I got a dres that wasn`t even wearable and the design was missing at least 30% of the detail. Their thinking was that "good enough is good enough". But in this case good enough wasn`t even a good fit. I am left without a wearable dress and the wedding is in a week. Plus I lost $370!!!
So save yourself the aggravation. When I presented the evidence of a poorly made dress which is useless to me they just said, in so many words, too bad the dress is made and we`re sorry it isn`t what you expected. You`re not getting your money back. They re is no accountability or ethics with these groups and I am so sorry I was tempted to do this. I learned a hard and costly lesson.
