Chateau Bradbury Or Orcutt Ranch

Has anyone attended or held their wedding at either Chateau Bradbury or Orcutt Ranch? We are looking for a location that allows use of indoor and outdoor spaces, has interesting architecture and beautiful landscape, and these two are appealing. I`d like to know of experiences at each place, as well as any other recommendations people may have.
