50th Birthday Party

I am looking to have at my 50th birthday someone who can make custom flip flops at my party. I live in Delray Beach, Florida. Do you know anyone in the area. I was recently at the Miami football game and there was a girl there who just had a flip flop party. She lives in Naples Florida. Did not get any info. Thanks, Fran
