Wedding Theme

We are having an autumnal theme.

We were planning a 1940`s themed weding. Mt fiance and i love this era. Were still looking for ideas so if anyone has ideas id love to hear them

I was actually thinking about having a butterfly theme... I know it`s popular right now, but I think it will be beautiful!! Either butterflies, or daisy`s of some kind.

It really depends on the time of year that you are getting married. I`m getting married in December so I`m having a "White Winter Wonderland" type of wedding. My bridesmaids dresses are silver and everything we`ve picked out has been very `Holiday`ish`.

I`d recommend that you first decide what season you are getting married (that is, if you live in a state that has all seasons -- I`m in MN so we definitely have winter) and go from there.

For fall you could do the traditional orange, brown, yellow type of colors and do really funky things with leaves, acorns, cornicopias, etc. I`ve been to a fall wedding like this and it was gorgeous. I`ve seen a winter wedding done is all black and white. You can do tropical themed weddings in summer....
