Name Change After Divorce

I got married and divorced in Germany, three years later now I live in the UK, my Ex and I are on bad terms.I would like to know if I got either remarried or changed my name back to maiden name, could I change the childrens` names as well, or would I have to get his consent? Does anybody know? Thank you!

Name change has to be granted by the judge during the divorce paper work..if not you have to pay for it go to your local s security office with your marriage license and your birth cert, ss card and divorce paper work they can fix you up..kids name change it harder to do..
