Wedding Reception Decoration

I am looking to wed on Oct 9 2010. I am looking to rent self-tie chair covers for about 120 chairs. Also, I am interested in renting very tall vases. I am in northwest Indiana. We are doing everything out of our own pocket, so cheap is good :) Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you
