Little Coral Bridal Gowns

I was just curious as to what everyone means when they say keeping in contact throughout the process? Little Coral has been great about answering my questions so far, but after the dress is ordered how am I suppose to keep in contact & making sure they are doing the right things? I was just a little confused. I`m thinking about ordering my bridesmaids dresses from Little Coral, all advice is greatly appreciated!!

I got my 2 dresses from Little Coral yesterday. They are BEAUTIFUL! I like the fabric, how well made they are, how measurements were precise, and how Little Coral exactly followed the change we requested--adding a strap with rhinestones. I was afraid they might not understand what I meant, but they did. :-)
Also, there was some doubt at first of where they should deliver the dresses, and Little Coral communicated as frequently as needed until the matters were clear.
Finally, when the dresses got stuck at customs in Brazil (according to the tracking number they provided), I wrote to Little Coral, and they indeed responded to my message, even though the traffic of the package was beyond their control now.
They were very responsive each time I wrote them: from deciding models and colors, to clarification on taking measurements, to shipping.
I am very happy with Little Coral and, if I have 2 or 3 months before a special event, I will order from them again!

My daughter ordered this wedding dress (WD09478-lace wedding dress, bridal gown VW9768 from Little Coral) which she had also found at David`s Bridal. The photo is the same as the one in the David`s Bridal catalog and since there were not disclaimers stating that the dress was NOT like the one in the photographer she placed an order. We had also reviewed various websites with comments from other Little Coral customers and felt their experience was positive so we felt confident that we would receive the dress she ordered. We were also very careful to take her measurements since this seemed the only area to receive negative comments on posting sites.

When the I opened the package I was SHOCKED to see the dress was NOT like the one in the photograph in fact it was HIDEOUS & CHEAP looking. We mailed back the dress immediately and let Little Coral know of our disappointment.

I suggested they post that their dresses are modified and NOT like the ones in the photo or that they only post the photos of their actual dresses. They said they never say their dresses are like David`s Bridal to which I responded, but you have their photograph on your website and you don`t say that the dress WON`T look like the one in the photo.

The whole idea of a knock-off is that you can`t tell the difference between the real thing and the knock-off. Believe me this not the case with Little Coral!!!

We were told in an email exchange from Little Coral Customer Service that they would share the shipping cost with us . They however did NOT honor their word. The total experience cost us 130.75 in shipping charges to & from China.

Unless you have money to burn or you don`t really care what your wedding dress looks like I would stay away from Little Coral and deal with a local Bridal company.

I also noticed that Little Coral has added to their website reviews section that they do not post reviews that are "inappropriate. Interesting!

I HAVE A FAVOR TO ASK ALL THE BRIDES WHO HAVE BOUGHT DRESSES FROM LITTLECORAL.COM!!
See, I would like to order a discount dress but I am highly suspicious of all things that seem to good to be true. I`ve seen a lot of comments about discount places, like littlecoral.com, that seem glowing reviews... But if someone asks something specific- like about what material was used for example, the person posting the great review won`t give a direct answer. They just say things like, "The material was great, I love my dress!!!" And I`ve never seen a picture of all these supposed happy brides wearing the beloved gown. If anyone REALLY has ordered from littlecoral.com would they please post picture of themselves in the dress? (if you can`t post pics here, then please post a link to a picture of yourself in the dress, like on photobucket.com or something). It would really put my mind more at ease. Thanks!!!!! :)

I ordered a dress from littlecoral almost 30 days ago. It is the same dress that I tried on and loved at Davids Bridal. I am so so worried about getting it!!! I will let you know how it turns out!!

Has anyone else who has been concerned about ordering their dress from here went through with it? What were your results???

I cant believe it. I ordered what I thought was the exact same dress as my local Davids Bridal. They use their photo and same style number. I opened my dress and It was not the same dress at all. Totally different. Does NOT even look like the picture. And now i have to pay $80 to ship it back to China. I am so disappointed in the whole thing, I feel sick. What a waste of money...that I do not have to waste. DO NOT BUY FROM LITTLE CORAL.

I ordered a wedding dress in silver and it came bubble gum pink. Plus the fabric so so cheap and tacky, I`d be embarrassed to use it as a Halloween costume. When I asked them to fix the color and fabric, offering to pay more money, they wouldn`t fix the dress. Also they said they wouldn`t exchange or give refunds. They best they could do is make a new dress and give me a 30% discount. What a waist of money!!!!!

Buyer beware:
Worst possible company to deal with. I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and they sent them in wrong color. I notified them immediately and all they were willing to do was for me to ship back the old dresses at my cost back AND pay $100 for shipping new dresses to me. I agreed and lo and behold they changed the prices when they realized that I wanted all new dresses and not just one. Why would I even bother to pay $100 for ONE new dress..plus I had to pay for shipping the old dresses back?! Buyer beware!!

First of all I would like to begin saying that if you are even thinking about buying your wedding dress from Little Coral-DON`T! When I finally got my dress in the mail, which came folded in a small plastic bag, I couldn`t believe how awful the dress looked! The dress wasn`t even wearable-the measurements were completely off and the best way to describe it would be that it looked like I went to a Halloween store and purchased a bride costume there! That the quality was poor is a huge understatement-it was hideous! It didn`t even look like anything like the dress I had chosen on the website! Not to mention that it was suppose to have a beaded bodice, but instead they used something that looked like a doily!! I`VE NEVER WRITTEN ON A REVIEW BEFORE SO PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AS I DON`T WANT YOU TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID! I had checked out reviews beforehand and they were all positive but please don`t be fooled! Unless you want to waste $260...DON`T BUY FROM THEM!

I just placed my order for my wedding gown. Im so scared that i did the wrong thing. I didnt get messured i just put my size. (however i do plan to shed some lbs before the big day) Im worried after reading some post on here that maybe i should of went to get messured.

How much smaller would you say the dresses are. A size or 2? or MORE???

As far as contacting them i have been VERY happy with how fast they have emailed me back.

They even are changing the back for me to add more detail at no cost!! so i really hope it fits. They even are going to send me photos after they are done so i can see their work b4 they send me the dress!!

In 5 more days it would be a month ..so i hope i get to see it soon.

Hey, I ordered a dress from Little Coral on Jan 29th, and it is now 4/29/10 and I still do not have the dress. I have kept in touch through submitting a ticket, but the lady `sara` does not speak very good english. My wedding is in two months and I am starting to freak out. If it is too small, there will be nothing I can do.

I also just purchased a dress from little coral. The picture was awesome but when the dress came it was so cheap and thrown together. I was very disappointed. My sister and I just went to House of Brides since my wedding is a month away and I found the same dress that I ordered from little coral but it was amazingly different. It was the way the picture looked on little coral`s website but was not at all the quality. I could not believe it. They obviously take pictures of dresses and advertise the on their site but then make the dresses poorly. I am also having a very hard time getting a shipping address for them. They keep asking me all these questions and then asked me to send pictures. Does anyone have a shipping address for them?

Yes, I have the address. I just received my dress in the mail. It was the right size, but the wrong material AND the wrong color. Very dissappointed. Like I said previously, my weddings in two months. So I`m sending it back.

Hope this helps! I`ve asked and submitted multiple tickets about a refund, but am afraid I won`t be able to get it. What a waste of $300!

Little coral expects you to pay the shipping back to china and they dont even give you your full refund back. If you email them and ask them what your refund will be, it will NOT be the full price. So heres what you need to do, this is what i had to do, however it was a very LONG process but I got all my money back. I called my credit card company. They open a dispute. You send the item back to PAYPAL since they are who charged you. The shipping is much much less, I believe around $9 for my dress. THe credit card company opens a dispute process and it takes a long time but you get your money back. They tell you to first open a claim with paypal but paypal doesnt help you because they can not dispute cases (get into it with you to help you) unless your item is purchases thru ebay. And your credit card company waits until you 1st try to settle it with paypal, which is why the process takes so long. So start off by calling your card company and explaining the situation. They will tell you not to pay your own $ to ship it back to china and they will help you.

They sent me the first set of pics of my dress to me last week. The top of the dress matched the website DEAD ON! but the bottom didnt. .. I asked them if they could work more on the skirt of the dress and they said they would. I resent them the pics oh their OWN WEBSITE (they asked for them i thought that was odd) and Sara told me they would remake it. When she sends me the next photos...if they still are not the way i like the dress i will refuse the dress.

Also the Post Office along with UPS if they send you a something and you dont want it you can just give it back to them and tell them you refused the item and they will send it back and charge Little Coral.

Ask for pics of your gown b4 they send it to you. And if your not happy tell them. They will understand. So far little coral has messed up but they are fixing it...we will see. *fingers crossed

I have noticed that a lot of ladies have had problems with little corral and their service. I am based in the US and if your gown isn`t to your liking I would refund you your money and accept the fault and pay for return shipping. When dealing with customers from different states it is wise to send out a practice dress before starting the real dress to assure the dress fits correctly. It`s common knowledge. I can make some replica dresses and I also make my own designs. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from them on March 4th. Today is May 17th. I have not received the dresses yet. I did get a message once, a few weeks back, telling me that my beautiful size 4 wedding dress was ready. After a great many messages, I was assured they got it right finally, and they would ship after the May 1 holidays. True, they didn`t specify which year. If I ever get the dresses, I will report on the quality.
