Dieting.. My Tips

I have been dieting for ONE week already... I have been on diets before, but never found anything I liked.. *diet wise*

This time I restarted my diet and IN ONE WEEK! I lost 5 pounds... Im very impressed.. What keeps me going you may ask?

FIRST! I watch this show called * I LOST IT *... It is on Discovery Health.. It really inspires me to lose the weight.. Knowing all those people did and they did weigh more then I did.. ALso shows such as Oprah when she does the Losing weigh shows... Its amazing to see that...

SO this time when I started my diet.. I told myself.. I will NOT give up!! no way in hell..

So I guess my tip for you is DO NOT give up... FIND a diet your happy with because if do not you will fail..

My diet

Breakfast - apple and an egg
Lunch - A TON of lettuce with some Lunch ham cut up and some Cheese LOW fat orNOT fat dressing... Each day I change the type of meat added so its the same day after day.
Dinner - 7inch plate with what ever teh family eats.

THE ONLY starchy food I eat is Spaghetti.. That is the one food that is my weekness.. BUT I dropped patatoes, rice, noodles, and yes bread.. I guess you can call it the LOW cab Atkins diet. I just prefer to NOT put a name on it..

IF I get hungry in between each meal then I make either a smaller salad with out the meat and cheese or eat a low fat low carb hot dog.. OR Some type of fruit..

I just wanted to wish every one LUCK who is trying to lose weight before their wedding day!!
