Looking To Hire A Dwarf For A Stag Party

I am looking to hire a dwarf to dress as a smurf and handcuff to the stag for a couple of days.
We are travailing to Germany for a couple of days, all flight, accommodation food and drink will be paid for. As a stag party prank, we would be looking to handcuff a smurf to the stag for the two days. Strange request I know, but you never know.
