Quinceanera - Decorated Envelope Box

What do you call that thing that looks like a box but decorated very nice or something like that and is at a Quinceanera`s gift table and they use it to put envelopes in (monetary gifts).

Can I make it myself OR where can I buy one?

It is called a Receiving box. I do offer them and they are done in your colors, themes, etc.
