Catering A Wedding

My daughter`s planning on preparing ALL the food for her wedding with help of people. But I would love to save her the time an frustration having it catered. Problem is cost.
She is Scottsdale AZ, am in Ohio. Would like to keep the cost around $600 to $1000. Any thoughts on a place that could supply the food?
