DO NOT GO USE HOUSE OF BRIDES!

I had ordered the dress and was told they didnt have it July 9th. I have yet to recieve my refund and have called several times with no result! All i get is that they well let "them" know that i called and want my refund. How do they charge for money without even making sure you HAVE the product and then DONT refund MY money?!! this is the WORST site and business i have everrr incoutered! On top of that, when I asked to speak to a manager they said their policy is for the manager to NOT be able to talk on the phone! I have yet to recieve my refund
